Start The Order
A 50% deposit initiates Phase 2. No final decisions required yet, approximate measurements and any finish to start. You can change anything prior to approving specs.

Dial In Specifics
Engineered drawings sent for your review through the Havens Specs Portal. Review with your installer, request edits, guided by Havens the whole way through.

Handcrafted Fabrication
The Havens metal team extracts, welds, and finishes your design, American handcrafted, start to finish. Confirm and pay your order balance before it ships.

Receive & Install
Inspect your order on delivery day to make sure everything's as expected, then install with your contractor. Our team is here if you need guidance.
We'll send out a template kit so your exact dimensions are captured before anything is built.

TIMELINE
Standard sinks typically fabricate in around 6 weeks; a highly custom design can run 6 to 8. Need it sooner? Expedited fabrication is available for a fee and can bring that down to as little as 2 weeks, so timeline doesn't have to be the thing that holds your project up.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Just a phone call and a 50% deposit to start. Approximate measurements and any finish are enough to begin, nothing is locked in until you approve the final engineered drawings. Special shape or unusual space? We'll send a template kit to get your exact dimensions.
WHAT HAPPENS ON OUR END
Your sink is fabricated by hand to your exact specs, then carefully packaged and shipped to you. Installation is handled by your own contractor or installer, no guesswork, no surprises when it arrives.
