Every Waterstone faucet carries a Limited Lifetime Functional Warranty against defects in material and workmanship in residential applications.
Finish warranty is separate and varies by finish — here's exactly what's covered.
Your warranty is only valid when purchased through an authorized Waterstone dealer. Waterstone will not honor the warranty on faucets purchased from unauthorized dealers, third-party vendors, or online sellers. Buying through Havens Metal protects your warranty — buying from Amazon or an unauthorized site voids it entirely.

If your faucet develops leaks or functionality issues, Waterstone will provide the necessary parts at no cost to return it to fully functional condition.

Most of Waterstone's specialty finishes — antique, distressed, matte, graphite, and more — carry a 7-year finish warranty for the original purchaser. These are the finishes that give your kitchen the most character.

Living Finishes — No Finish Warranty
Natural aging is the point
Certain finishes like Antique Bronze, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and gold tones are living finishes — they naturally deepen and evolve over time. This isn't a flaw, it's the beauty of the material. Because of their natural aging process, these finishes don't carry a finish warranty. The Limited Lifetime Functional Warranty still applies.

Split Finishes
Mixed finish warranty policy
Mixed finish faucets carry the lesser warranty of the two finishes chosen — so if you combine a lifetime finish with a 7-year finish, the 7-year applies to both.
Custom split finishes have no finish warranty and are not eligible for returns. Contact us before ordering to make sure your combination is exactly right.
Warranty covers functional defects in material and workmanship only — not damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or lack of maintenance. Proof of purchase from the original consumer required for all claims. Waterstone is not responsible for labor charges incurred during repair or replacement. Return Policy
Returns & Restocking
Since all Waterstone faucets are built to order, returns are subject to a restocking fee of 35%. Custom split finishes are not eligible for return under any circumstances. If you're unsure about your selection — finish, style, or configuration — call us before ordering. We'd rather help you get it right the first time.
