Heritage Sink - Stainless Steel

Great experience and product all around. The size to measurement was perfect the quality is perfect. They were able to have it delivered in the timeframe I need as a rush. Yes they have a rush charge but it is understandable. It comes delivered in a custom fit plywood box with metal brackets on the corners and handles. Made very well. You know I’m keeping that also to do something with. Maybe a coffee table for outdoors. The only issue I’m having is and it has nothing to do with the quality or the workmanship. The sink is 27.5 X 19.5 X 11.5 deep. It is mounted under the counter in an open space. So if something hits the bottom or the side it does make a metal pound noise. I spoke to somebody at Haven’s customer service and they informed me that a sound dampening material that sticks on around the bottom outside can be purchased on Amazon. This was the same material that was on the sink the same size I had that I was replacing. So no doubt this should be an issue. Thank you Havens. Made In The USA!!!

Absolutely five star experience! The sink is stunning! It is very well made and empties perfectly. I can’t say enough great things about Havens’ customer service. They went over and beyond. Even when our fabricator made the mistake on the sink size, Havens allowed us to replace it and sped up the delivery time for us. I would 100% buy another sink and do this all over again with Havens, they were wonderful!!! Thank you so much!

We had a great experience with Havens! Their customer service was wonderful and very helpful when we needed to return the sink and obtain a slightly smaller size. They made our return process so easy! And they helped us get the replacement we needed quickly as well as honoring the original discount we had applied. Lovely sink! Customer service was excellent Installers we had couldn’t get over the craftsmanship and how beautiful the sink was and the quality . Very happy!

We were looking for a larger than average sink to fit within a 36” base cabinet. Havens Luxury Metals met our requests. We installed this sink in our garage and we use it not only as a utility sink … but to wash our two mid-sized labradoodles!

The sink is great. The matching grid however is a poor design. It sits on a base that goes the entire area of the grid creating a block age to the drain. You must lift the grid to hose debris into the sink. It should sit on four corner mounts instead, so that water could flow freely under the grid and into the sink where the garbage disposal is. It’s also ridiculously expensive.

Worth the price for USA Made. Feels sturdy and looks luxurious. Let's hope that it stands the test of time for the foreseeable future.

I purchased my new sink for a home I am building. Although it won’t be complete until next year, I had to purchase early for when our countertop company is ready for templating. I absolutely love how the sink turned out. It’s exactly how I imagined and so well packaged for shipping. I will send pictures once it is installed.

Excellent service and attention to detail. I work for a large Homebuilder and we had an existing installation that was going to require a complete replacement of the slab counters at a large island. We were able to have Havens fabricate a specific size sink (non standard size) that worked perfectly, saved the day, as well as thousand of dollars :-)

Excellent staff to work with, they are very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. It took several tries to get the dimensions perfect and it was well worth the time and effort. Insane!!! Best sink I've ever had and seen in person!!! Beautifully crafted, super strong and durable, and perfect depth. You don't need more depth than 8. This is AMAZING. And the customer service is such a pleasure to work with. God bless this whole company, I've already told all of my family and friends as if I work for them haha!!

My home was only 5 years old. It was built with a double bowl under mount sink from Moen. We wanted to install a single bowl sink. We could not find one that matches the hole cut for the double bowl sink. I found Havens and sent them the spec sheet from the original sink. They match and built a single bowl sink that installed without issue. The fit and build quality was excellent. When the box arrived I knew I made the right choice. Even the box was built with quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend Havens again.

We wanted to convert an existing 2 bowl sink to one single large bowl that would fit all size pot and trays. As the cutout was in marble, we needed the new sink made with the exact same mounting dimension. Havens was the only company that made this easy to do, building the exact size that we needed. The sink was shipped in an amazing wood crate. It looks and works great. I would highly recommend them if you need a custom size sink or other special feature.

We reached out to Havens for our hammered stainless sink and they were great to work with throughout the entire process. We sent them the specs for our new kitchen and they provided suggestions for the perfect product to fit our layout and design. The product arrived in excellent condition and right on time. After completing our home remodel, everyone comments on how beautiful the kitchen sink looks against the cabinets.
